Manang Region

Manang is a beautiful district lying in the western part of Nepal, northern part of Gandaki zone, which covers an area of 2246sq km. Manang is different than any other district in Nepal as Manang district has only 13 villages and is divided into three distinct regions : Nyeshang Valley, Gyalsumdo Valley and Nar Phu Valley.Thus, Manang is also known as “Himal Pariko Jilla”. Manang is also famous for the Milarepa Cave.
